POLYMER PROCESSING AID MASTERBATCHES

Polymer Process Aids masterbatches (PPA Masterbatches) are specifically designed to enhance extrusion ability of plastics (PE Films, pipes, tubes...) leading to improved productivity and quality improvement. These are fluoro-polymer based additive masterbatches, which are properly dispersed in a poly-olefin polymer. These masterbatches helps in improving the processing of poly-olefins (LLDPE, HDPE etc.) and particularly in blown film extrusion. Normally there is a common practice to process at higher temperatures to get maximum output which causes degradation, die deposition and reduction in mechanical properties.
