MASTERSOL C21 is a highly sophisticated semisynthetic lubricant formulation designed for the drawing of intermediate, fine and superfine inlet and finishing wire sizes.
It is suitable for drawing plain and tinned copper wire and is particularly recommended for the production of enamelled and PVC insulated wires.
The unique combination of high levels of lubricity additives, dispersants/detergents and wetting agents is ideal for use in production by in line drawing/coating techniques.
Emulsion stability is excellent thus providing the opportunity to greatly extend lubricant life and reduce disposal costs of used emulsions.
MASTERSOL C21 has proved very successful with some of Europes largest producers of enamelled and PVC coated wires.
